As an open solution, Daktela offers pre-built integration tools with popular CRM, e-shop, WFM or authentication systems. Some integrations can easily be turned on directly in the Daktela interface with just a few clicks, while others offer a smart phone bar directly in the application.

CRM system interoperability
It is essential for a contact centre to keep customer data and customer interaction information in one single place. Because we fully understand this requirement, we have prepared ready-to-use integrations with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics systems. We are also able to connect to other commonly used or even custom-developed CRM systems.

Access management can be a challenge when considering process unification. To simplify this for our customers we have prepared ready-to-use authentication in the backend against Active Directory, LDAP or Google Apps.
We understand how important it is for our customers to be able to look at the data in a very specific manner and to be able to interpret the data in a custom way, we enable direct access for data transformation tools to Daktela for further visualisation. Each customer is therefore able to build regular and ad-hoc reports based on very specific needs.
